Both for the sows themselves and for the health and growth of the piglets, accurate feeding is essential. With the PT0 Zeugendosator you are assured of optimal feed control and take care of the well-being of your sows.
Zeugendosator variants
The PT0 sow dosator is available in various variants, including the ZV type (for grains and crumbs) and the ZVC type (for grains, crumbs and flour). These sows feeding systems are designed to meet the specific needs of each nursery, with tailor-made feeding for sows first. Due to the quiet feeding experience, the working situation in the stables significantly improves, while sows expand their feeding time without losing feed before or during the throwing.
The ZVV and ZVVC sows-dosator type is for mounting on the front side of the nursery. The sow trench must extend at least 70 mm at the front of the nursery at the type ZVVC and ZVVC. This Sows we also produce and can deliver you.
The sows dosators of type ZVA (grain and crumb) and ZVAC (grain, crumb and flour) are intended to hang in the nursery. These ZVA dosers are mostly sold because this is the most common type.
Zeugendosator mechanism available separately

In this valve you can hang your (transparent) trap tube, which you can then use as a storage bunker for the sow food. The valve mechanism allows the sow to feed itself with a slight movement of the valve. It is a very solid and cheap way of feeding in the nursery and it functions excellently. The ZVD sows dosator is optionally also equipped with a stainless steel cover to cover the whole. In addition, it prevents as much as possible the entry of moisture from the outside or from saliva of the sow into the ZVD valve.
Also for straw pellets and lucerne
The ZVAC37 zeugendosators are also very suitable for loft enrichment and approved for feeding straw pellets for the German animal welfare initiative (ITW). Straw pellets made of lucerne or straw are increasingly used as roughage because the pigs like to get them. In addition, straw has a positive effect on the intestines. This distraction largely also prevents tail bites. With the ZZAC sows bowl, pellets of up to 15 mm diameter and 30 mm length can be dosed in smaller quantities. The pigs push against a valve and the pellets fall out. The doser can be adjusted very accurately, so that the portions can be perfectly adjusted so that nothing is spilled. A stainless steel trough can be attached to grid floors in which the material falls. We can also supply a plastic floor plate for floor feeding. The food bowl is largely stainless steel and can be used in piglets, meat pigs and sows.
