VERBA dry feed trough for piglets
The VERBA dry feed feeder for piglets, fitted with a stainless steel trough, is suitable for all types of piglet feed, which may be mixed with up to 35 per cent CCM. This feeder is specially designed for weaned piglets weighing between 7 and 35 kg. Thanks to its large hopper capacity and the variety of models available, this piglet feeder is particularly well-suited to feeding small to very large groups of piglets.
Robust design and hygiene
The VERBA dry feed trough for piglets is extremely robust thanks to the use of 304 stainless steel combined with shatterproof PE plastic. The ingeniously designed stainless steel anti-spill rim is fully enclosed and ensures excellent hygiene, as it prevents the entry of piglet feed that is prone to spoilage. Furthermore, this anti-spill rim minimises feed wastage and optimises the piglets’ feed conversion ratio, resulting in substantial savings.
Safe and sustainable food packaging
The feeding compartments are separated by a frame made of round stainless steel tubing fitted with top and bottom bars, so that the piglets cannot get their ear tags caught or become trapped. These partitions between the feeding compartments are fully integrated into the stainless steel front panel and then fully welded, making them impossible to tear out, even if the welds were to fail. The front of the feeding compartments on the VERBA dry feed feeder for piglets is light in colour, ensuring optimal feed intake and visible hygiene in the piggery.

The VERBA adjustment system, developed in-house and virtually indestructible, features a star-shaped knob and is very easy to use, extremely precise and always stays in place.
