Durable design and hygiene

The VERBA dry feed trough for pigs is extremely durable thanks to the use of 304 stainless steel in combination with shatterproof material PE plastic. The ingenious stainless steel spill-proof rim is completely sealed and ensures excellent hygiene, as it prevents feed that might spoil from spilling out. Furthermore, this spill-proof rim minimises feed wastage and optimises feed conversion, resulting in considerable cost savings.

Safe and durable feeders

The feeding compartments are separated by a frame made of round stainless steel rods with top and bottom bars, to prevent the pigs from getting their ear tags caught. These feed compartment dividers have been fully inserted through the stainless steel front panel and then fully welded, preventing them from breaking, even if the welds were to fail. The feeding compartment section of the VERBA dry feed feeder for pigs is light in colour, ensuring better feed intake and visible hygiene on the farm.
